Meet Sergio

As a second generation Filipino-American, I feel fortunate to have grown up with two hardworking parents who sacrificed a lot to help shape me into the person I am today. Like many immigrant families, they understood what it meant to work long hours, put others before themselves, and do whatever it took to provide stability and a better future for their children. Watching that growing up shaped who I am today. They taught me the importance of treating people well, working hard, staying humble, and showing up for others when it matters most. Those values have carried over into both my life and the way I approach real estate.

My goal is to make sure my clients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. I take pride in being responsive, honest, patient, and available when my clients need guidance or simply have questions. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to help military families, VA buyers, first-time homebuyers, and move-up buyers navigate the process with confidence. With my dad serving in the military for 24 years, I've seen firsthand the sacrifices military families make and understand the unique challenges that often come with relocating.

Whether it’s a first-time buyer trying to understand the process, a difficult negotiation, or navigating unexpected issues during escrow, I work hard to make things feel smooth, manageable, and well thought out from start to finish.

Born and raised in Southern California, I have a strong understanding of the San Diego market and the different neighborhoods throughout the county. More importantly, I care deeply about the people I work with and never take lightly the trust they place in me during such an important decision.
