Meet Lisa

As a Transaction Coordinator, Lisa works behind the scenes to keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from the opening of escrow through closing. She coordinates with agents, their clients, escrow, lenders, title representatives, and other transaction partners to help ensure deadlines are met, documents are in order, contingencies are tracked, and communications stays clear throughout the process.

Lisa is a wife, mom, and business owner with roots in the SF/Bay Area and a love for calling San Diego home since 2007. She graduated from Cal State East Bay (formerly CSU Hayward) with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

From 2020 through 2025, Lisa worked as a Realtor®, gaining firsthand experience navigating transactions from contract to close. Having been on the agent side, she understands the demands of managing a transaction, the many moving pieces involved, and how valuable it is to have a dependable partner helping keep everything on track.

Today, Lisa brings her experience in both healthcare and real estate together to provide exceptional service and attention to detail. She strives to be a trusted partner to agents and a reliable point of coordination throughout the transaction, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved and helping guide each transaction toward a successful closing.

When she's not working, you can often find Lisa at La Jolla Shores watching her husband surf or cheering on her son as he plays trumpet with his band at a local venue. Lisa also enjoys bike rides, hiking, traveling, and trying new foods.
