Meet Glennis

Hi, I’m Glennis Dawson, your holistic San Diego guide!

As a licensed realtor and industry professional, I’ve worked in just about every facet of the real estate industry. With 2 decades of experience, I’ve spent a lifetime forging intimate relationships through carefully curated networks. Raised as a California native, I grew up in the hills of LA under the tutelage of a proper British mum who always reminded me to watch my Ps and Qs!

My diverse background in this industry has allowed me to experience all the intricacies of real estate, from working in busy offices with top agents, to escrow, NHD and transaction coordinating.

When it comes to real estate, I’ve seen and been through it all, and no one knows this industry quite like me.

From forest bathing in the mountains to ocean crest splashing my bare toes, I live, eat and breathe the California lifestyle. My life by the sea has taught me all about holistic, intentional living, coming to truly love and appreciate my deep California roots and all that San Diego in particular has to offer.

Entering into my 2nd year as an empty nester, I have lived through some of life’s most challenging transitions, and understand the importance of being able to pivot with grace in fast moving transitions.

As I dive deep into the endless waves of life and it's many changes, I'm here to help you work through all of life's obstacles, helping as your holistic coach, friend and guide.

As a yogi at heart and ultimate beach lover, I am reiki certified and always eager to embark on retreats both near and far. With wellness at heart, my job is to make real estate a mind, body, soul experience, for both you and your family. Buying and selling real estate is a process that requires true connection, which goes well beyond numbers and street names. One of the things I’ve learned in all my travels is that no matter where you go, your energy is what makes a house, home.
