Meet Delilah

Few real estate professionals come to their work more thoroughly prepared or more highly skilled than Delilah Bejarano Armendariz, whose career reflects a unique combination of education, investment experience, marketing expertise, and real estate knowledge.

Born and raised in San Diego, Delilah attended the University of San Diego, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business—all by the age of 22. Delilah’s graduate studies included coursework and seminars in investments, real estate finance and valuation, real estate principles and practices, human resources, operations, and strategic management. By 2009, she had become Director of Acquisitions for a brokerage representing a privately funded equity firm from Europe, where she specialized in acquiring and reselling distressed properties and frequently achieved double-digit returns on investments. She also has extensive experience with multifamily properties, drawing from her own experience as a landlord and property owner. Her proven abilities and extensive knowledge ultimately led to a position as Director of Marketing for a real estate firm and helped pave the way for her to obtain her real estate broker’s license. Since entering the real estate industry in 2005, Delilah has brought this exceptional combination of knowledge and experience to every client she serves. Known for building lasting relationships through integrity, honesty, and personalized service, she is committed to helping first-time buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions and achieve their goals. Delilah lives in San Diego with her husband and two children. Away from work, she enjoys traveling the world with her family and friends and has visited more than 35 countries, including recent trips to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Langkawi.
