Meet Danielle

Danielle is an experienced Transaction Coordinator with more than 17 years in the real estate industry. Originally a mountain girl from Colorado, she traded the mountains for the beach when she moved to Ocean Beach, San Diego, in 2007. Shortly after arriving, Danielle followed in her parents’ footsteps and earned her California real estate license, launching a career in transaction coordination that has continued to grow ever since.

Danielle thrives on the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of real estate. She enjoys working alongside agents to navigate the many moving pieces of each transaction. From contracts and disclosures to critical timelines and client communication, Danielle helps keep the process organized and on track. She takes pride in catching potential issues early and helping protect both her agents and the brokerage along the way.

For Danielle, transaction coordination is about more than paperwork and deadlines. It’s about being part of a team and helping agents create the best possible experience for their clients during one of life’s biggest transitions. She takes pride in keeping files complete, transactions moving forward, and being someone her agents can count on for guidance from the Date of Acceptance all the way to the Close of Escrow.

Outside of Real Estate, Danielle is a devoted mom of two and loves the San Diego lifestyle she has called home for nearly two decades. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and can usually be found on the water either surfing, waterskiing, or sailing San Diego Bay. Danielle is proud to be part of the Palisade Realty team and grateful to work alongside a group of agents she genuinely enjoys supporting every day.
