Allison Asher brings a depth and breadth of experience to selling your home. I began in 1992 consulting for major multinational corporations in Europe and Asia, then leveraged my business knowledge in the real estate field. By 2003 I was teaching seminars across the county, working as a Contracts and Marketing Trainer, Agent Leadership Council Member and I invested as an owner in one of the top 4 rated brokerage firms in Southern California.

Drawing on many years of sales and marketing expertise, Allison knows that putting a sign in your yard is not what sells a home; it is the ability to identify her target audience, reach it and show them the value of her clients' home that achieves results. Most of my time is spent with buyers, homeowners and investors helping them to increase their wealth through real estate.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, a Master s Degree in International Relations, and a Certificate in Finance from USD, Allison also holds real estate specialty designations in the residential, international and commercial fields. With the CCIM Institute, Allison successfully completed over 160 hours of coursework in Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, Lease and Investment Analysis, Disposition Strategies and Taxation issues for Investment Real Estate. Only 6% of Realtors Nationwide have achieved this designation.
